MOANA HALL
The other day I went to a new cafe/bar called MOANA HALL.
You go towards the historic hall of Moana up two flights of antique stairs, and then it will open up to a rather classy cafe. Featuring blue tones....(Moana mean "ocean” in Polynesian just in case you wanted to know) original arched windows, cornices and floorboards and a open balcony.
*** 5 (3.5 star)
The venue itself has a pleasant ambience, nice and friendly staff, and a variety of food and drinks to suit everyones taste. The only downfall is they have quite a slow service, so thank god the vibe of the place cool otherwise I would be pretty pissed off.
Offering all the classic coffee selections as well as a variety of hot chocolates ( I didn't even know you could get different hot chocolate but there you go) tea, and juices.
At night they turn it into a bar offering wine, beer and cocktails.
If your hungry they have lots of food options too like:
Toast, banana bread and pumpkin bread, toasties, croissants, bagels, pizza, soup, salads, and a selection of cakes, slices, brownies and scones. yum!
So I'm keen to go there at night when it turns into a bar....But I recommend checking them out if you don't mind waiting a bit for your coffee.
PEACE X
