Everyone is so busy rushing around in there every day lives that they don't take 5 minutes to slow down.


1. Close your eyes
Resting your eyes also allows your muscles and body parts to relax, resulting in feeling less stressed , your mood enhanced, and a clearer mind. Being in a calmer state can increase your creativity, motivation, and ability to be productive.


2. Take deep breaths
it can slow the heartbeat and lower or stabilize blood pressure.


3.Do something silly that makes you laugh
You know what they say "laughter is the best medicine" and it releases endorphins. 

4. Go for a walk
Not only is it good for your oval health but it is also good for your mental health


5.Release your Anger
Staying caught up in anger would make anyone feel horrible.
Punch your pillow, play the drums, go for a run/workout.
