FRESH START

This is my very first blog, so bare with me...

This will be a blog of, health, homewares, quality coffee, music, my family and friends, my partner in crime Ryan Dux & my little sausage dog Frankie...

I dont really know where this will go, if anywhere. 

But iv'e decided I need to start fresh, after a rather craptastic 17 or so months. 

So here I go starting my first ever blog...and hopefully I will go onwards and upwards from here.
